Everything. Entire departments wont get increases at year end. They continually add rungs to the ladder as you try to climb up, making it increasing difficult to succeed and get ahead. Hire people right out of college, put them through a leadership program and make them your boss even though they have little to no experience working in your department or managing people. The crew is completely miserable, avoiding talking to each other or making eye contact in the hallways. Half of my department was forced out and we were made to do their jobs without any raises. Taking a laptop makes things even worse, because once you can access their systems at any time you are expected to anytime day or night. All in all my experience was horrible, they took an energetic young go-getter and convinced me I was nothing more then a number in their corporate number game.
