Pros

Nice facilities Great retirement benefits Good employee conveniences Good paid time off Good educational assistance Good training for future career elsewhere Overall professional work environment

Cons

Too many controls and red tape. Hard to get thru these handcuffs to do your job. Arrogant and cold culture. Management slow to change and lacks decisiveness. Obviously bogged down by politics and weighing what is in their best interest to survive, not the crew or shareholder. Although they chant the mantra of diversity and corp charity, it is the least diverse, and least charitable (in the real sense) that I have worked for. When you "performance manage" your people to leave (not me) while you beat your chest about UW and others, then off-shore jobs, and force older workers out, you are not charitable.

Pros

Awesome coworkers for young professionals. Paid licensing for a few months.

Cons

Micromanagement is out of control. Incompetent team leaders who are obsessed with power and metrics. Back to back calls, limited support, and nearly impossible effective communication between departments. Zero time to cultivate culture because you are taking calls every second of the day except for 30min/1hr lunch and two 15 minute breaks. You’re locked into your role for over a year (apprenticeship for around 60 days, then a year after promotion to associate) and your team leaders will not approve internal applications unless you are “eligible”.
