Pros
Salary and benefits are great but only because they have to be to keep employees.
Cons
They do not care about their employees and thats why the salary and benefits are so good. They know other will do the job and they can train them to do it for quick turn arouns. Instead of treating current employees well and having a solid work force. They also pit one part of the business against the other part. You sell people products they do not want need and do not reveal the cost to them. Then you have employees stressed and evaluated on whether they can keep a customer from disconnecting something they didn't want, need or know the cost of in the first place.
