Pros

Decent-average health benefits, matching 401k

Cons

Don't work here. Management is confused on what long-term goals are for enterprise salespeople, and leadership is constantly changing focus for the sake of keeping up with other companies rather than innovating. Marketing and new product creation is held hostage by few individuals who fail to have any vision for the future. Work hours are atrocious for sales executives and anyone customer-facing in the enterprise space who wants to make a commission. Commissions are set to punish the highly achieving seller and do not fairly reward individual contributors for exceeding goals. Support is a skeleton crew who are overworked and poorly compensated. Training requirements are unfocused to the job title and take up too much time for little to no gain. For a company whose credo is appealing, they do not live up to it. For a company who pays zero taxes, they surely can afford to staff and compensate better. They have no cares for your quality of life either.

Pros

Compensation is competitive but you will work very hard for it. Culture is excellent and exhibited and practiced from the top down. Benefits are excellent and cost reasonable. 401k match and profit sharing. Lots of training and professional development opportunities. Can advance if you're willing to relocate.

Cons

Company is trying to transform into what it wants to be beyond a wireless carrier (cloud?, security?, telematics?, wholesaler?, etc) and is struggling with a vision, resources, and org structure to make it a reality. Several re-organizations over last few years so job security has frequently been a question. Often delayed response to competitors caused by management's concern that acting would result in not meeting Wall Street expectations. Not the "happiest" place to work because no result is ever good enough and successes aren't celebrated because the focus is always on the next weekly/monthly/quarterly goal.
