Pros
Exceptional potential to take Visa into the future - the heritage of quality, and the sheer scale make for great opportunities to extend the network business model into adjacent industries. As with most large organizations, there's plenty of room to move around, rewards are competitive. Growth & feedback of course are dependent on your line management.
Cons
Poor communication from CEO and management board - probably the weakest, most uninspiring executive leadership I've seen. There's little in the way of a corporate vision, and an entire lack of cultural enhancement programs, despite the fact that Visa Inc has only just formed from a merger of six or seven separate organisations.
