My manager was very supportive when some poor health issues hit my family.
Cons
Constant reorgs and lack of direction about the purpose of some projects meant we spent too much time reinventing the wheel. Every time a new "leader" was assigned to a group, back to the drawing board. I often felt my experience and knowledge was a liability rather than a asset to the company
