Pros

decent base pay for area

Cons

Every single thing, the constant monitoring is out of hand, the company does not care about you in the slightest only about their numbers and looks. HR does not care about employees and does not take any case seriously. This has been genuinely the worst job I have ever worked, management only sees you as far as your dashboard reporting. Every person I worked with felt worthless to management and the company, it is truly a corrupt place. I was also denied approval when applying to possible career changing internships within the company because "they would be short an employee". They don't care to support your goals they only care If you qualify them for their incentives. I would never in my life recommend someone to work here.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
