Pros

Competitive compensation and benefits, Strong learning opportunities with exposure to modern technologies and Generative AI initiatives. Opportunity to work on large-scale, business-critical enterprise applications with global teams. Collaborative engineering culture with knowledgeable colleagues and strong technical talent. Historically offered excellent work-life balance and flexibility, making it a great long-term workplace. that's not the case any more

Cons

Frequent organizational changes and shifting priorities create uncertainty and reduce team stability. Excessive focus on office attendance, return-to-office policies, and in-office day compliance rather than business outcomes. Increasing emphasis on process, metrics, and governance over actual engineering delivery and customer value. Aggressive timelines and unrealistic goals often leave limited room for quality engineering and innovation. Work-life balance has declined significantly in recent years due to increasing workload and expectations.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
