Pros

Wells Fargo offers benefits to all employees who work 20+ hours a week.

Cons

Wells Fargo Bank is not a great place to work because 1. Ultra stressful. They demand their employees to put on a fake smile 8 hours a day. In addition, tellers and bankers have to push people to open x numbers of accounts per day. Otherwise, warnings will be issued and then termination if they continue to not meet their goals. A few colleagues were canned for failing to meet their goals even though they were very helpful to their customers. 2. Very low pay. An annual pay increase is minuscule. You'll laugh when you see the extra pennies they gave you.

Pros

The role is exciting in that you get to meet new people and open accounts for them and you have your own office space to help your customers

Cons

The required 6 day work week was not communicated properly and thus resulted in a bit of distrust towards the recruiter and then the company leadership as a whole

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
