Pros

Some of my coworkers were fantastic, especially at the smaller branches I worked at. There were some really great managers there, though they did not last because refused to abuse employees and customers to please upper management.

Cons

Every negative thing you have read about Wells Fargo for the last few years has been 100% true. Middle management pushed abusive sales tactics to meet unrealistic sales goals while upper management turned a blind eye. I eventually had to leave after the rampant nepotism allowed enough unqualified and inexperienced people to occupy places of power within the company at every level.

Pros

A lot of overtime that you could log, so the pay is great.

Cons

The overtime is dreading and work hour is rotational, from 8am to 8pm to from 5am in the morning to 4pm.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
