Pros
You can advance quickly if you drink the company kool-aid and are willing to do some very unscrupulous things in the constant chase for solutions.
Cons
Everything. The sales pressure is insurmountable, the daily (yes daily) sales goals are unrealistically high and the attitude is "do whatever it takes to get your solutions". The majority of employees are unhappy and the majority of bankers come in to work everyday worried about their job security. And lastly, the incentive compensation program with Wells is a joke, the absolute worst in the industry. Please, if you listen to anything I say i strongly advise that you look elsewhere if you are looking for a career in banking. There are other companies with much more sensible sales goals, less sales pressure, much better and more frequent payouts in regards to bonus, and most importantly they incentivize the RIGHT things which result in clean sales and actual banking.
