Pros
Some of my colleagues were bright, humble, and excellent people. Flexible work schedule on my team and respected work life balance - most people have families so that makes sense.
Cons
5 managers in 3 years, and the last two had 4 changes. There are people who have worked at this company for 20+ years and know nothing other than its culture. The manager I started with was great and everyone else who followed was needlessly aggressive, managed through fear and had zero ability to accept feedback and change.
