Pros

My manager had a great respect for my creativity and let me develop programs as I saw fit. Clear instruction about work expectations. Talented and intelligent staff were approachable and supportive.

Cons

Eighteen-month max continuous work for contractors means that company can get maximum benefit and get away with not paying benefits. Neglible attempts to help me find more work with other branches after very successful completion of contract.

Pros

The culture is wonderful compared to other banks I have worked at. The culture is slowly changing to align with other banks but even with that it is the bank I have enjoyed the most in 20 years in the industry

Cons

Spread out a lot and certain locations are closing or bound to close down depending on the area of bank. To be safe seek a role in one of the larger hubs like Charlotte.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
