Pros
Great place to work! Loved the competitive atmosphere involving quaterly sales goals. While the gaols were difficult to reach, the environment was fast paced and exciting. Wells Fargo does a great job training its tellers in both sales and customer service.
Cons
The banking industry is very competitive. In a retail branch the opportunity for upward mobility is difficult once you become a personal banker. Often Bankers are making the same salary for 5-10 years.
