Pros

Wells Fargo Financial is a good place to work if you're good at sales. There's a lot of opportunity to make bonus, a successful person can make 40k+ right out of college. You can set your own schedule to some extent as long as you are working 40 hours and booking business, so it's great for people who need to leave early or arrive late sometimes.

Cons

I don't like making cold calls to people in order to sell them a loan. Some people are really nasty on the phones and you need to have thick skin to be successful here.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
