Pros
The salary was average for the position at the company but the benefits were probably the best part of the job. Tuition reimbursement, affordable health insurance, HSA dollars, lots of PTO, paid volunteer days.
Cons
The work itself was unfulfilling, the work environment was your typical stuffy cubicle with management hovering over you, the yearly pay increases were a joke (less than 1%), work from home (pre pandemic) was NOT an option even if there was a blizzard, and management would jerk you around promising promotions and raises then not delivering.
