Pros

Wells Fargo encourages a good mix of work/life balance. Obviously it depends on the group and management, but I have never had a problem taking days off or even large blocks of vacation (e.g., 3 weeks) at a time. Having 5 weeks of PTO is outstanding, and I work from home 2x per week. The senior management is very competent - proven by 20 years of results through various economic cycles. Overall a good company to work for.

Cons

Obviously it's big, and it's a bank, so red tape is inevitable. There's a lot of process and procedure, but I think that's inevitable with the size of company and in financial services.

Pros

I really loved it there. My salary was from PA Market but not where I was located.

Cons

I felt isolated because I was remote post pandemic, if they had an office I probably would have stayed

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
