Good benefits, Good position for introverts, Most of the people are friendly,
Cons
Very woke culture. Raises are difficult to earn more than 1-2% even with exceeds expectations. No opportunity for growth if in an associate position. Advancing to an entry level position without several years experience and/or a Bachelor's degree or higher is difficult. Upper Management changes so frequently that the lower level management cannot keep up with the policy and procedure changes that are made. Communication is lacking. There is a lack of proper training, partially because of the turnover rate.
