Pros
Great benefits, relaxed WFH setting, work life was predictable and in accordance to the policies and procedures. I felt safe reconciling issues with my manager as she was fair and let me argue my points, then fairly adhered to procedures.
Cons
The way I was laid off was wild as hell. The day felt ominous and I was sent a link to a pre recorded video where hundreds were laid off in mass. No warning. No personable aspect. The director of my LOB gave me a brief 10 sec call and was cold, showed no concern and did not answer my questions. He was extremely dismissive. Also, do not rely on any aspect of incentive pay. They changed the policy multiple times to move the goal post and even top performers within the whole department did not see extra money. Very disappointing.
