Pros
Good people, solid HR, pay was good and promotions and opportunity plentiful if you lived in a hub. You can make a solid career here if you work hard.
Cons
Their location strategy is trash. They lay off whole buildings but tell them a year in advance. While some notice is nice this leads to tanked morale, behavior issues, stressed employees and an opening for fraud and theft. Trying to keep up morale and hold up company standards makes your life stressful and HR was often a deer in headlights when I reported some of the concerns and abuses I was seeing. I spent almost 2 decades with company and the last year was completely an episode of the Twilight Zone.
