Pros
Some of the people are nice. Sometimes they delivery on what they say in their job advertisements. (not often). Once a month you might have a good day at work, ie not getting angry customers. (not often).
Cons
There will be lots of issues that are not your fault. There will be lots of angry customers. There will be heaps of stress involved. You are on your own, they don't care. You are replaceable, just like that. If you can accept all of the above, you will do fine.
