This place gave me mental health issues - Customer Service Representative (CSR) iiNet Employee Review

This place is literal hell. The egos and micromanagement are out of this world. People will sabotage you and throw you under the bus to climb the corporate ladder. You will receive absolutely no product knowledge training but be expected to know the product you're selling inside and out. God forbid you ever make a mistake, if you do - literally anybody can request a "coaching request" which is where you demand that the persons manager call them into a disciplinary meeting to hone in on your mistake and discuss/lecture you in depth about it until you cry. You also have scheduled breaks where if you happen to be stuck on a call you simply don't get a break because of you take it so much as 4 minutes either side of your scheduled break time you have broken adherence and guess what happens then? Another disciplinary meeting for not adhering to your adherence! As a woman, I went to the toilet for 5 minutes with my period and was then called into a meeting with 2 men (one who isn't even my manager) and forced to explain why I was in the toilet for so long. The culture here is cancerous. I'd rather die than step foot into this building again.
