The work expectations are completely unrealistic, and there seems to be little to no respect for employees' time or well-being. - I personally had to work continuously for nearly 48 hours straight just to meet deadlines. This kind of workload is not an exception but feels like the expectation. There is constant pressure to deliver without proper planning, resources, or reasonable timelines. - The management appears to prioritize output over people. There is very little consideration for work-life balance, and the environment can feel chaotic and poorly organized. Tasks often change suddenly, instructions are unclear, and employees are expected to figure everything out under extreme time pressure.
