      CEO Destroying A Once Great Company

      Pros

      Talented technical people. Unfortunately many of the good ones are quitting leaving behind bloated and incompetent management. No pros left.

      Cons

      Shipping 30-40% technical jobs overseas. Their facilities will become unreliable, inefficient, and unsafe to work in very soon. Not a good company for technical people yo work fore. Stay away.

      -Ranking System -Unstable market -Management seems to make consistently bad investments, from XTO to the recent chemical expansions.
