About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our team at Telfer. This key role is responsible for the safe and effective delivery of sustaining capital projects across the site – with a strong focus on electrical, and instrumentation works.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered safely on time, under budget, and fully aligned with end-user requirements, internal standards, and Australian regulations. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, external contractors, and a diverse range of engineering disciplines to manage projects from concept through to commissioning.
Please note: This is a full-time role offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, operating on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth.

About You
You are a proven project professional with significant experience in brownfields project delivery within mining or heavy industry environments. You lead by example, ensure project rigour, and can comfortably manage complex scopes and multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, site-based role.
