Work is not too meaningful, stepping up is extremely difficult, and it takes time, and the pay was not great

Time zone challenges (Bangkok vs. global teams) require frequent night calls. Project complexity is very high, and frequent onboarding of new members can create gaps in alignment and communication. Heavy use of acronyms and evolving processes can be difficult to keep up with. Information is not always evenly shared across teams.
