Not good anymore

Pros

Unfortunately, not many anymore. Stability is the main one

Cons

Home Office has been completed reverted. We now need to justify why we need one day HO. Any parents who need to pick up their kids before 4pm need to get it approved by HR. Everything is managed from Houston. Managers in Prague have no real power to change things. (even though they claim to) Benefits have been reduced to the maximum. Language courses went from 3h/week f2f to 1h/week online Summer and Christmas parties have been cancelled. Supervisors tend to micro manage a lot more, to the point of timing lunch break Doing a good job is not enough to get a promotion nor a raise. You have to promote yourself heavily. The Ranking system is flawed

Pros

Decent pay, Starting pay until May 2026, 12hr rate is $34.79. 8hrs x reg, then 4hrs x1 .5 (averages out to $40.59/hr). Unscheduled days payed at payrate time times 1.71, 7th day is payrate times 2.28. 6% company match with at least 7% invested, and of course a pension for now. Good medical and dental plans.

Cons

No bonus 4 and 4 schedule for now (supposed to be going to a 5-4-4-5 schedule next year) I think the way they promote supervisors and incentivized supervisors to keep their job breeds a cutthroat toxic environment. It doesn't incentivize anybody to help their colleagues, it actually incentivizes The exact opposite.

Pros

Pay is a plus at least

Cons

Review/ranking is a absolute joke with no supervisor input, or if input is given it is absolutely different than what you see at review time

Pros

Great brand name, yearly 1-2 business class travel to Foreign, Will learn how to tone down things, better communicational skills, ppt making.

Cons

No flat hierarchy, indian supervisors ar inefficient, micromanagers and always looking to put rules and regulations in your mind which are not at all existing just to cut cost, even if it amounts to INR100, no degree of freedom, every work is done to please Houston people, too much scrutiny of work, sometimes they try to find efficiency of efficiency of work done, no end to end skill building, not great for future perspective, they will make you a salesman

Pros

Variety of different roles and projects available for high achieving leaders.

Cons

Higher level leadership positions (3rd line supervisor/CL28+ )favour those with engineering degrees rather than technical, trade, leadership expertise skills or experience. Promotion and ranking process has no transparency.

Pros

13th salary. Work from home once a week. Hot chocolate in the coffee machines.

Cons

Extreme pressure at work. Incompetent supervisors and leadership team. It's hard to understand them. They don't communicate well and some are toxic. Colleagues Gossip about you everyday.

Pros

Most of the working level professionals are competent. Relatively good collaboration among different teams (depends on which units the employee is assigned to). Good exposure to different functions at the sites including commercial functions such as supply chain and product planning. Opportunity to expose to different roles for career growth but ONLY for high performers.

Cons

Poor leaderships due to most leaders take up the role as "touch and go" basis, goals and directions keep on changing as new leaders on boarded. Most leaderships are redundant, do not serve actual purposes and contributions, overlapped R&Rs. For example, 3 supervisors for 1 engineering discipline. Employees' benefits being cut down over 3 years time.
