Upper management sets insane quotas not tailored to a division let alone a specific territory. No one hits OTE due to terrible comp plan and crazy quotas Culture of mediocrity

Not too clear so far

as headline states, this company is cheap and turnover for most salespeople is 6 months, even your ramp quota is a difficult target and neither management nor leadership listens to the ones that report to them and makes the necessary changes.

Leadership is bias' they bring in people from competition who has zero leadership skill and who has never handled large teams'. Failed model. They only promote female employees and create bias always give them stage and recognition because they are close to management. Zero merit for performance. Worst HR i have seen here. Never ever spoken about employee concerns they also support power. Useless. Hiring also is worst. If your worked with leadership u get job with more salary and ranks else u never climb any ladder. My female colleagues grow much faster here
