Layoffs while understaffed already As an employee here, you feel like means to an end rather than a human being contributing value to the company Even if individual members of leadership try to advocate, top-down seems to reinforce poor management of employees. Very dismissive of anything outside of what makes the company more money, including limiting growth or hiring enough staff. This is how myself and several others I work with feel, but of course, experience is subjective so feel free to explore it yourself. The company has deep cultural and management issues. Decision-making often felt outdated, communication was poor, and employee feedback did not seem to matter. It was one of the least motivating environments I have worked in.
