no real/unique product or POS, bullying and intimidation, micromanagement, arbitrary deadlines and constantly cutting corners, non-collaborative, non-transparent, subpar management, low-balling salaries, several mass layoffs over the space of two years.

Very demanding and abusive in terms of your sales performance expectations.

Poor upper management, mostly empty promises, driven by sales and marketing. No real innovation is happening here. It seems like the founders like interested in modernising the educational domain but in the end it’s it’s a poor product, driven by quick fixes, short term hypes and zero empathy management.

-Promotions take 3 years -No compensation and no benefits -Very low pay -No company culture -Higher management is very inexperienced -The country managers, the team leads are picked probably randomly as they do not give any constructive feedback other than asking 'Have you done this?' -CEOs are a huge joke they only cared about throwing big parties (with motocross shows) and spending the revenue on useless things rather than building the business and enhancing it to be a better place -They have kept shrinking the team as they were unable to make a profit -We have seen more than +50 people getting fired globally

Managers are basically bullies and immature.

I had an extremely disappointing experience working at this company. Lack of Professional Growth: There were limited opportunities for promotions and career advancement. Top-Heavy Decision Making: Leadership lacked transparency regarding company goals. Direction from the top was unclear, and projects were poorly managed, resulting in a chaotic work environment. Poor Managerial Skills: Frequent rounds of restructuring led to instability and low morale among employees. It was challenging to perform well due to the constant threat of layoffs. Given my experience, I cannot recommend GoStudent to potential employees. If you value your professional growth and workplace stability, walk away.
