The leadership gets lost in planning and priorities are shifting all the time; everything ir urgent!

Can be quite cutthroat if you do not make target

while i was at the company i experienced several rounds of mass layoffs company wide, as a result of over hiring and over projection of the companies worth. People were assured of job security one day and fired the next.

Sometimes it is too hectic

The most untrustworthy company to work for. GoStudent made over 70% of it's workforce redundant in March earlier this year, leaving hundreds out of work in a difficult and competitive job market. Now, less that two months on, they've started hiring again without even thinking to reach out to those who were let go (not that anyone would say yes to such a disgusting company). As a former sales rep, I was over worked with long hours including weekends, bank holidays and evening shifts despite my contract being Monday to Friday 9-6pm. I was underpaid for the amount of work I was doing. Given unachievable targets unless I worked every single day. Underappreciated by higher management. Had benefits stripped away such as commission models, bonuses, lunch vouchers etc. The only "benefit" I was given was flexi-time which was just a way of the company getting me to work more when they wanted me. This is for anyone thinking of joining GoStudent as a member of staff: DO NOT DO IT IF YOU VALUE YOURSELF. GoStudent could and should have been such a great place to work but it has been ruined by incompetence and poor management.

Poor management from the founders

The worse leadership i have seen in a long time! Do not come here. All c levels are white males up to 35 years who hire similar people. No one says no to them.
