Cons

Completely understaffed in almost every department. Company takes advantage of employees with constant overtime work without pay. Very little investment in culture or employee perks. Location is not easily accessible and very isolated. Immature, often unprofessional senior management.

A good place to be if you want to build your career in the solar industry. Opportunity to work on exciting solar energy projects. Team is supportive and knowledgable. Overall an extremely dedicated and hard working team.

There was nothing good about this company to share. The culture, pay, and management are all terrible. Do not work here.

Cons

The culture is terrible. The owners are there to make money for themselves and no one else. All employees are underpaid and undervalued. Not a good place to work. No chance for advancement.
