Pros

paid pretty well could have been less stressful if they were more open to two-sided communication

Cons

all the typical corporate crap; annually downsized one department, so it was like playing a game of whack-a-mole on whether you got to keep your job another month

Pros

The company heavily urges employees to pursue their own individual learning.

Cons

The company will protect their legacy employees, to the extent of denying claims of harassment, even when there is sufficient evidence of it.

Pros

It is not a company, It is a culture which is well established here. Every individual has got 100% satisfaction on the work-life balance culture here along with good pay. Lot of opportunists for self development technically and non-technically. Best company ever worked in my life. Only quit due to some very personal reasons, other wise will work here forever.

Cons

No cons at all!! Everything here is so perfect.
