Pros

If one really wants to know how much a CEO can fool an illiterate MD and treats the organization like his own backyard and by giving lectures, PPTs and useless philosophies earn so much, then please come and join here.

Cons

1. Seems like this organisation is run by the CEO like an education/training centre rather than a business entity eager to make profits and have sustainable growth. No wonder the company has no growth in the last 5 years. The only growth is happening in paper work and documentation. The CEO takes pride in proclaiming that they are a well documented company but the question is where is growth??? The answer is absolute stagnant. 2. There is none to question the CEO s productivity. 3. The entire day of an employee here goes in making excel files, word documents, making action points rather than working on the JD provided at the time of joining. No wonder they loose their job easily. 4. There is no job security. Employees gets fired on the spot. 5. The CEO prefers to stay atleast 50 feet above the ground and has no knowledge of the ground realities, the issues employee face at the grass root level. His basic work is to give lectures and unrealistic ideas which lacks practicality. 6. Most employees, assuming they are completing 3 months (maximum leave within 1 month), confirmation of job is extended or not confirmed so that they can be fired instantly. 7. Salaries are deducted and delayed , FnF of past employees are put on hold, experience letters are not issued. Someone seriously needs to take them to the court. 8. Senior management people are treated like slaves. They are titular heads who has no power of execution. 9. The CEO feels that the only way to have profits is to cut down costs and cost is cut by sacking employees as per his whims and desires.

Pros

1. An old local company. 2. The FM industry is growing at a very rapid pace.

Cons

1. No respect for any employee. Abusing, scorning, embarassing, humiliating in an open forum are day to day activities here. 2. If clients are not paying the dues or have deducted from the monthly payments then that amount gets deducted from the salary of the employees in the name of "Accountability". 3. If housekeeping/security staff goes absconding then the uniform cost gets deducted from the white collar employees salaries again in the name of "Accountability" 4. If clients have deducted the payments for any damage done in the site then that amount is deducted from the wages of the poor blue collar staff. 5. If monthly sales targets are not met then % salary is released based on the % of target achievement vs target allotted. 6. If monthly manpower recruitment target is not achieved then also % salary is released based on the % of target achievement vs the target allotted. 7. Employees are fired on the spot and asked to leave immediately within 1-2 days and has to keep running for months for getting his/her final settlement and relieving letter. 8. Only those employees who are not too well educated and fall in the lesser salary bracket can stick around for some time. None of the middle/senior managers stay here for more than few months. 9.The employment/appointment letter is just a hoax. None of the clauses mentioned on it are followed. 10. All good resources who had the right intentions and ability and could have made a positive difference for the company have left or have been asked to leave. 11. Even after you have resigned and left the company the harassment continues in terms of non-payment of FnF dues and a proper relieving letter. Ex employees have to run for months to get their rightful dues which again is much lesser than the actual amount. Relieving letter is only issued once you have succumbed to such ulterior motives of the management. 12. Fake posts are created and uploaded by the HR team to give an artificial rosy picture of the company. If one really needs to know the ground realities then get in touch with some ex employees through some business networking site.
