Pros

The only pros I can think of is my co-workers. They were all really smart and supportive during stressful and not-so-good times.

Cons

- Long hours which they won't pay for. - They would tell you you can work remotely but will force you to go to the office. - They don't care about the people that work for them. - They would call you at anytime of the day and night (even on weekends) if they need something from you. To sum up, it was the worst work experience I ever had and don't recommend anyone to have to be through it.

Pros

Interesting project. Last technology. Big/growing market.

Cons

Company leader is not good at managing people, schedules, plans, etc. Too much work, very bad organized, with unclear plans/roadmaps. Company is not interested in its people. Only cares about what the company leader wants.
