Awful management that have no thought for their staff.
Huge staff turnaround, for a company that employ only around 10-15 people, they will have more than that come and go within a year. This is down to their low offering salaries, poor recruitment processes and then the inevitable fall out with management.
Lack of care for their smaller customers
Lack of trust from management with their staff.
I'd also like to point out based off previous replies on this company:
- Well established company with an extensive number of clients, has been in business for 20 years and is still growing and expanding. - After working at Impress you will really question how this has been possible, however they're not growing. The infrastructure of Impress Solutions is very out dated and soon enough this will catch up on them.
- Hardworking team of management and colleagues. - True for all but half of management.
- Friendly, sociable and supportive network. - Again only outside of management.
- Strong focus on investing in training & development. - This is false, there is next to no training and development offered. Only what's required by business partners (the bare minimum).
- Busy, professional & enjoyable - The company is busy, but this is due to being understaffed. Current staff are constantly strained and stressed due to workloads and then lack of care from management. The only people who are professional is everyone but management and the only enjoyable part is when Michael Poon is out of the office.
As for comments made by the managing Director on the replies, there's only one reason for the current long standing employees and that's down to the location and ease for them to travel into work. I could guarantee if a similar company opened up opposite, then 90% of the staff would look to leave. The moral within the company is very low and this is all down to the management's poor communication and personal skills.
