Job Security – Stable company with consistent business and long-term projects. Diverse Work Environment – Exposure to international clients and multicultural teams. Work-Life Balance (for many roles) – Generally good balance, especially in support and maintenance projects. Infrastructure & Campus – Well-maintained offices, especially in Mysore and Bangalore campuses. Internal Mobility – Opportunities to switch between technologies, roles, or even move abroad through onsite projects.
