Pros

Usual US company benefit that's all

Cons

A bit late on writing this review , but finally got the chance so here it is. Once upon a time Top company to work for in Australia , but now one of the top company to stay away from . The issue is not the US mothership as they are doing the best they can , the issue is local AU mgmt who are and have ruined whatever is left of this company . A lot of lies , Fake numbers reporting to US, Bullying and Threats is what's happening in this company and that's what made so many employees leave the company including me. Local Mgmt is a joke a complete joke full of lies and have no vision nor they have any clear idea. The pact leader is all about himself self centred, egoistic and arrogant, give it another year and if US mothership don't see what's happening locally here, it will be shop shutting act for AU business as mgmt is far away from being competent enough to manage. My ask is from US Mothership , who ever is reading this please save AU business before it's too late . Sum it up , NOT HEALTHY PLACE TO WORK .

Pros

-The product is very easy to sell and there are more than enough leads to make some good money -You will have heaps of free time, the expected workload can be done in a couple of hours -All of the perks and benefits you would expect form a tech company

Cons

-Very toxic and clicky culture, if you dont play video games or snort coke you wont fit in -Most intense micro managing I have ever seen, you will be treated like a child -Contractors beware, it is very rare for a contractor to be made full time, contrary to what you will be told in the interview

Pros

Shares, health insurance, and a pretty office.

Cons

This place is one of the most toxic environments that seems quite shiny at first, appears supportive and encourages you to 'bring your whole self to work' whereas in actual fact you need to be a master of corporate politics, manipulation and jargon if you truly want to thrive. There is lots of number fudging to appease the US mothership, zero accountability, no targets are met, the brand value is diminished with ridiculous sales offers, scapegoats are used to cover mismanagement, and lots of people mysteriously disappear as they've been paid to leave and keep quiet. Leadership are constantly changing 'strategy' and there is no clear concise direction at all. It was the worst mistake joining this company - I thought I'd landed a dream job and drank the cool-aid for a while. Boy that wears off. and they sure as hell never once lived by their values. ' Integrity without compromise' lol!!! A goat has more integrity. It's a shame, apparently this is a good company in other countries.
