      Management is very poor. They're unaware of how to manage either projects or people and continue to push people away. Detached from the realities of the company and product yet refuse to listen to anyone else for decision making

      Lingrove has big dreams and visions for their revolutionary product. The company offers a hands on experience.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, product development, employee recognition and career development. Managers and CEO are not skilled people managers with no empathy and struggle to lead teams effectively. Turnover rate is high; underpays.
