Pros

Great clients and co-workers. Able to build skills.

Cons

If I could give negative stars to rate this organization I would. The owners do not care about their staff or the people they serve. This place has unbelievable staff turnover as it seems that at least one person leaves a day. It is common that a person can have a different therapist every 3 months due to staff leaving in droves. There is no opportunity for closure or transition for clients when a staff member leaves. It is unfair that a person has to tell their story over and over again with a new therapist constantly, and work to build trust with new staff over and over again. Instead of upper management caring about why their staff is leaving in droves and making needed changes, their solution is just to replace you and bring in new people. Then the cycle repeats. You are nothing but a number. The stress, unmanageable caseload, lack of support and concern for staff and clients, and lack of communication between upper management and staff begins to wear on you. Read the low scoring reviews because there is truth to them all. For a person looking for services or a person considering employment here, I implore you to please, please, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! YOU DESERVE BETTER!!!

Pros

They selflessly shared their meanness and rudeness, and are quite skilled at displaying this trait to their employees. Even with a Ph.D. in psychology, one’s inherent arrogance and impoliteness will reveal itself after some time. But thanks to this, most employees realize early on and can get out in time. This is a matchless psychological counseling clinic headquarters where everyone is supposedly learning about psychology, especially the CEOs. They must be well aware of how little they know about psychology to have decided to venture into this field, right? However, they excel at bullying, ignoring, and berating employees. If you enjoy that sort of thing, then by all means, join us! Even if you’ve never met a therapist before, rest assured that after a month of dealing with them, you’ll feel like you do need one, haha. Good luck!

Cons

There's no cons. The company’s turnover rate is already shockingly high. Join us and help bring it closer to its inevitable collapse. Honestly, the people you’ll work with are quite nice, with many truly talented individuals. Sadly, your time with them will be short, as most leave quickly. If possible, keep in touch with those colleagues—you’ll find that many go on to much better places.

FAKE Reviews!!!

Pros

You’ll get a full caseload quickly- and then some, but at least you’re not bored.

Cons

There are so many things wrong. - For one, many recent reviews written are fake. In order to “earn” extra days off around the holidays, you had to write a review for them. - Owners are rude and demanding. You’re expected to work overtime and it will be thrown in your face that you're a “salaried worker”. They clearly do not understand that salaried means 40 hours. - Barely any training for ED specifically even though it’s such a specific training you need. And even though you’re told during your interview and orientation that you will receive training throughout.
