Pros
Work Schedule was great, since we had 3x US time zones, was able to work a later schedule and not have to fight traffic. I enjoyed the Oracle stack and learning its cloud.
Cons
Was Laid Off in the September Layoffs No annual Cost of Living increase, just RSU's but they don't vest until 1 year later Around the DC Metro area, not a lot of folks are on the Oracle Cloud so that doesn't make it easy for transitioning to another vendor or competitor without a learning curve.
