Since starting at PATLive I have learned so much and my customer service skills have not only grown- but my administrative and professional as well! Communication is felt across the company even though we work remotely. I never feel like an outsider or left out. Our supervisors, team leaders, and the IT department are always ready and willing to jump in to lend a helping hand when needed. My position also fulfills my passion and purpose to help others. I am approaching my 2 years with the company. I have been given the opportunity to work with different projects/contracts and I can honestly say I've enjoyed it all. I am looking forward to seeing where my future will go with PATLive. I am a valued agent, which makes me feel proud, as I know that the work I do is appreciated and valued not only by my fellow agents and staff but by the callers that I interact with and the customers that I serve. Day to day I get to assist customers all across the globe with everything from scheduling to reception. I get to train awesome new agents, and as a mentor, I help other agents become stellar. Some of the perks of our awesome culture and workplace are the flexible schedules - it’s so easy to pick up hours from other agents, I get to work from home, meet new team members, and IT is only a message away to always help with my company-issued equipment. We have on-the-job training, awesome management, and the fun company-hosted competitions and giveaways like customer service week are great too - but it’s truly the awesome agents I get to work with that make this job stellar!
