It’s more about appearances than outcomes. Senior leadership turnover is unusually high, which raises serious concerns about stability and direction. They’re now on the hunt for what would be their third CTO in about three years. As one previous review said: if you’re not part of the “inner circle,” you’re on the outside — and that has consequences. Merit and performance often take a backseat to office politics.
