The company obtains contracts to work on some high profile IP, however this is only due to the skills of the Exec Vice President, nothing more!

So called "leadership" is the main problem with this company, most lack experience yet end up in a director/shareholder role simply because they are chummy with the CEO, who by the way likes to big note himself about working at EA, reality check you were only a tester! It is almost like there is a pyramid scheme going on at this company were management, (who also hold majority shares), care mainly about the share price. These people tout 'enormous career opportunities' to regular staff when in fact it is only used as a tool to get personnel to work hard and deliver projects while leadership kickback in their utopia! Hard work is not rewarded, only a standout company name on your CV from a previous role!
