- the expectations for the amount of time you're expected to spend on each client are delusional and you will end up being paid less for what hours you actually do - we were in a writer's catchup once and they brought up content pieces people in the team made anonymously, not to provide feedback but to make fun of them

Unprofessional Environment: From day one, I felt unwelcome and unsupported as a new hire. There was little to no onboarding or guidance. Toxic Culture: The workplace operates on a culture of survival where doing the bare minimum is not only the norm but seemingly encouraged. It’s no surprise there’s a high turnover rate. Overworked Management: Managers are stretched so thin that there’s no time to provide meaningful feedback, making it nearly impossible for employees to improve or feel valued. This lack of support trickles down to negatively impact customer service and satisfaction.
