Bonuses, unpaid breaks, no UPT If you work for them they are going to bait & switch you LIE to you about making a lot of money and yes their are people making money only leadership friends and family then their friends and family so you will come there and work all their Tier 2 & 3 leads which have been called over 10 - 15 times and make no money you will work 7 - 8 hours a day with under 18 transfers and their friends and family will have 40-90 transfers a day and they will get all tier 1 leads you will be told that you can be like them but you can't because leadership controls the leads who gets them its the same people every week after week. I was their for over year 1/2 and they would allow you to make money then the next week you make no money your paycheck will go from $1300 a week to $490 a week until they feel like giving you better leads and don't question leadership because you will be targeted. This company is completely at fault for the failure of their agents. Their is no selling at all they control the leads you get if you get good leads you will make money old leads you make no money $13 hour. Don't work here. You'll make nothing and you'll hate it.

Our system automatically determines the routing of leads to specific agents on a weekly basis based solely on performance metrics. There is no manual interference in this process, and therefore, no favoritism toward any agents or groups of agents. We strive for a merit-based environment where everyone has an equal opportunity to succeed based on their performance. Regarding pay fluctuation, it's important to understand that the nature of sales roles often involves variability in income due to the commission-based structure. The figures you mentioned seem to reflect a week with lower performance, which is a risk inherent in any sales role. The fluctuation is also highly exaggerated and does not demonstrate the norm on any reasonable level. As for unpaid breaks and lack of UPT (Unpaid Time Off), we comply with all labor laws and regulations. We encourage any current or former employees with concerns about compensation to contact our HR department so we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly. This is highly standardized, so we're not sure what exactly is being said here. Your claim that "this company is completely at fault for the failure of their agents" does not align with our core values or practices. We offer training programs, mentorship, and resources designed to help all of our agents succeed. We take your advice to management seriously and are committed to continual improvement. However, we feel it's important to clarify these points to ensure an accurate portrayal of our company. Favoritism, lack of professionalism, racism, terrible upper management, lack of accountability. Theres plenty of discrimination in this work place. Ive witnessed people of color get fired over a missing paycheck, as well as people with health emergencies fired without a second thought. Ive also witnessed Supervisors talk reckless with no accountability.

Deceptive about the earning potential and dispersion of leads. They will see that you are doing well and stop you from earning any bonuses and incentives. They say that you can earn $28 dollars per hour. That is only is you are on their list of favorites.

We know exactly who wrote this, and here are the facts: 1. This individual skipped multiple courtesy training sessions with captains and contact center managers. These sessions are one-on-one's designed to help them in their specific areas of need. 2. They were placed on a performance improvement plan that normally lasts two weeks, and we extended it to six despite limited growth. 3. They were provided a PIP document in which they acknowledged and agreed upon each KPI. QV maintains a lower attrition rate than nearly any other call center in the nation with a majority of the workforce generating well over $28/hr and with top performers well over double this. Performance is always rewarded, not the other way around. Aside from anything else, it would be illogical to do otherwise. Unfortunately, this individual was not able to perform well enough to remain on board with our team. Despite extensive initiatives such as workshops, one-on-one sessions, and mock calls, their performance did not improve.
