      Pros

      I liked working with some of my co-workers.

      Cons

      Very long hours if salaried, if hourly no overtime. Can't work from home. Clients are very demanding and you are not given the tools or support you need. The company is going in the wrong direction with employee relationships. I would not recommend. Alot of people have left in the last year.

      The people I worked with were good people.

      Cons

      REJIS pay is not competitive. I received a 17% raise by moving into a similar position in government. No room for advancement. I would not recommend.

      Great exposure to technology. They give great opportunities to learn and grow

      Cons

      Pay is extremely low for the position and responsibilities. A lot of entrenched staff doing things the way they were done 30 years ago with no interest in changing.
