      Learnt some good knowledge in the medical sector, RDO’s, generous Christmas gift

      Cons

      Poor management, doesn’t care about the work getting done. Is more focused on their “values” that actually having a team that does their job. If you speak up they victimise and gaslight you. Massive turnover of staff in the 12 months, more than 60% of staff including top managers, HR and team members left.
