      Great product, good perks, toxic culture

      Pros

      Product really sells itself. It's a market leader. Salary and compensation is acceptable, reasonable targets, WFH, etc etc.

      Cons

      Culture. Or lack thereof. Very silo'd, no sense of team with the exception of a small few.
