      Slow to innovate - everything seems to be built for USA first then trickles out to other markets Messy alignment within SAP Behind the pace with total compensation - increases been promised for years but slow to deliver Lots of turnover, especially within sales

      Ability to be autonomous. Work life balance is excellent. People are great. Leaders ok.

      Cons

      Enterprise deal sizes are small. Ability to make target and commission are getting more difficult. Targets increase each year and percentages on commission gets smaller.
